As stated in the Privacy Policy, UNX is committed to adequately protecting your Personal Data regardless of where the Personal Data resides and to providing appropriate protection if your Personal Data is transferred outside of the EEA.

You can review the Personal Data you have provided us and make any desired changes to such information, or adjust the settings for your UNX account, at any time by logging into your UNX account on the Platform.

If you wish to close your UNX account, you must submit a support ticket through our Platform. Account closure requests are subject to review and approval, and additional verification may be required

14.5.

If your account is closed, we will retain your Personal Data in our database for a period of ten years (10) years. In certain cases, we may collect, store, transfer, or process your Personal Data for a longer period if required under Applicable Laws.
