19. Severability

19.1.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any Applicable Law, rule, or regulation in any jurisdiction, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted and modified to the minimum extent necessary to accomplish the objectives of the provision to the greatest extent possible under any applicable law. This shall apply without affecting the validity, legality, or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction, and the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
