7. Execution

7.1.

The timeframe to complete a Transaction may vary. We do not control or make any guarantees about this time frame as it depends upon the performance of third parties, including third-party financial institutions or payment services.

7.2.

All Transactions are final, non-refundable, and non-reversable once started and completed. We can not cancel a Transaction once it has been initiated.

7.3.

We may, at any time and without notice, reject or freeze any Transaction, or impose limits on Transactions you can make (for example, in magnitude and frequency). Transactions limits and withdrawal hold durations are based on many factors, such as account history, payment activity, and transaction history. Transactions limits and withdrawal hold durations may adjust over time with no prior notice.

7.4.

If you reverse a Transaction made from an External Account, you authorize us, in our sole discretion, to cancel the Transaction or to use alternate Digital Assets in your account as necessary to complete the Transaction or resolve any resulting shortfall or negative balance, including to exchange Digital Assets in your account for alternative types of Digital Assets and deduct any applicable fees.

7.5.

We may charge you fees for executing Transactions on your behalf. There may also be third-party fees associated with the use of External Accounts, and we aren’t responsible for any such third-party fees.
